Debbie Notkin is the Chair of the Board of Friends of the Public Bank East Bay. She also does work for unbreaking.org, an organization dedicating to chronicling the destruction caused by the current U.S. government regime. She came to public banking because she believes it is important to build new, strong institutions to replace the current system.
